All information on the Site is for general informational and educational purposes only.
We do not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions. Your use of the Site does not create a client-advisor relationship.
9. Disclaimers
The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or availability.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Site.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 3 months preceding the claim; or (b) USD $100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g., for fraud or willful misconduct).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, portions of this section may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and our directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
Your use or misuse of the Site;

We operate globally and may process information in countries other than your own.
Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms).
By using the Site, you understand that your information may be processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws than your home country.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ends immediately. Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply (e.g., Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, Dispute Resolution).
15. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. However, if you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that mandates the application of its local consumer protection laws, those laws may apply to you.
16. Dispute Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at info@atreyi.ca. We will try to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
If not resolved:
Binding Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the ADR Institute of Canada (ADRIC) under its Arbitration Rules effective March 1, 2025. The arbitration shall be conducted in Ontario under Ontario law, and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Location and Language: Arbitration will take place in Ontario, Canada, in English, unless required otherwise by law.
Class Action Waiver: To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis and not as a class or representative action.
Injunctive Relief: Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized use or misuse of intellectual property or confidential information.
Consumers in jurisdictions that do not permit mandatory arbitration or class waivers will retain any rights provided by local law.
17. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date indicates the latest revision. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
